All That Paper We Dump In Recycle Bins...Goes Where??

I had no idea we ship a whole bunch of our recycle paper waste to China. Now China is cracking down on recycling firms, whose factory processes aren't necessarily all that clean and green. What will become of all our paper if the Chinese stop taking it? Excellent story...
